The CoreMaster packing machine safely packages tubes of every shape and size into cardboard boxes. Using innovative technology, it groups the tubes and releases them from above into the box. Whether they’re round, oval, or top-heavy tubes with special closures – the CoreMaster handles all variations. Additionally, tubes can be easily packed into plastic bags or customized packaging, such as Draxis or Teledyne molds.
How it works
The tubes are automatically taken from the header/capper and transported to the CoreMaster via a tray conveyor. There, they are positioned by a patented grouping belt to close any gaps, ensuring that each box is completely filled. Once a full row of tubes is arranged, a grouping pusher slides them onto the mandrel plate, which then tilts 90° after loading, transferring the tubes into the cardboard box. The filled box is then placed on the unloading table.
